Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy UR Guide PR LLC, reserves the right of admission. If any guest appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fails to follow guide instructions, or engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior, the tour guide reserves the right to terminate participation or cancel the tour at any time. In such cases, no refund will be issued. This tour is subject to weather and safety conditions and may be canceled or rescheduled at the last minute if necessary. All deadlines and times are based on the local time of the experience (AST). If the tour must be canceled by the operator due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Guests may reschedule their tour by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time. A full refund will be granted if cancellation is made 24 hours before the tour. No refund or rescheduling will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour. Bookings confirmed within 24 hours of the tour start time are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. All participants must comply with the tour’s safety rules and physical requirements. If a guest does not meet the established health, safety, or participation criteria on the day of the tour, no refund or cancellation will be granted. Guests who fail to appear at the meeting point or arrive after the activity has started will be considered “No Shows.” No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling under any circumstances.
